Ordering and Payment Information:   We prefer that you use our easy and secure PayPal Shopping Cart on each page. If you choose not to, ordering is still easy- Simply fill out the order form below, or email us, or call us at 337-474-4712. Telephone and online orders that do not use our shopping cart may be paid for in three ways: 1) Use your American Express Card, which we will process directly through our merchant account with American Express; 2) Use a money order, which you may purchase locally or online at www.bidpay.com, and they will mail it directly to us; or, 3) Use a personal check (unless you are an established customer, shipping may be delayed until your check clears.) We confirm and total all orders within 24 hours via email, so please take care to include your correct email address!

Privacy and Fraud Prevention Policy:  We will not disclose your personal information or email address to anyone else or use it for any other purpose than to complete your order and communicate with you. All information that you submit on this Order Form is kept private by us, however it is not transmitted through a secure server. We suggest that you call us at 337-474-4712 to give us your American Express Card information if you are using that method of payment.

Guarantee and Refund Policy:  We unconditionally guarantee your satisfaction. All products except for custom orders may be returned for any reason within 15 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that your order has been lost or damaged in transit, please immediately notify the shipper. We also unconditionally guarantee our workmanship. If any of our jewelry breaks under reasonably normal use, ship it back to us (you must insure it), and we will repair it free of charge.

Delivery Time  All of our jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow 7-10 days prior to shipping, or contact us if it is a rush. In the event that we require additional time to complete your order, we will notify you by email.
